Q: Can I add to an order I’ve already placed?
Possibly—if your order hasn’t yet been processed for dispatch. Just get in touch with our Customer Service team on 01494 790424 or email [email protected], quoting your existing order number. If the item you’d like to add is in stock, we can take payment and include it in your order.
If your order has already been processed, you’ll need to place a separate order for additional items.
Q: Is it safe to order online using my card?
Yes, absolutely. Shopping with Gifts Kids Want is safe and secure.
We use Opayo (formerly Sage Pay), a leading Payment Service Provider, to process all payments. Their fully encrypted payment pages use TLS (SSL) technology—the gold padlock you’ll see in your browser. This means any sensitive information, like your card details, is fully protected and unreadable if intercepted.
Q: Can I cancel an order?
If you’d like to cancel all or part of an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 01494 790424 or at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll be happy to cancel and refund it.
If it has already been dispatched, you can return the item(s) at your own cost. Please include your order number and reason for return. We’ll process your refund within 5 days of receiving the goods—though it may take 1–5 working days for it to show in your account.
Q: Can I reserve an item?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to reserve items. If something is showing as out of stock, feel free to contact our team on 01494 790424 or [email protected], and we’ll let you know when it’s likely to be available again.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or broken item?
We take great care in packing every order securely, but on rare occasions, damage can happen in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away with your order details at [email protected] or call 01494 790424.
We may ask for a photo of the damage so we can resolve the issue without needing the item returned.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we do! Before adding an item to your basket, just tick the gift wrap option. You’ll be able to choose your preferred wrapping paper and add a personalised message for the gift tag. We’ll wrap your gift beautifully, complete with a coordinating paper bow.
Wholesale Enquiries
We’re a retailer, not a wholesaler or distributor, so we don’t offer trade prices. However, many of our products can be found at UK trade fairs we attend regularly.
If you’d like to use GiftsKidsWant.com to trial new products conveniently, you’re very welcome to. We hold all items in stock and offer fast delivery. Please note we can’t offer additional discounts beyond our already competitive prices.
