General Information

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and details of your items and delivery. Please check this carefully and contact us immediately if corrections or changes are needed.

When your order has been picked and packed, you will receive another email confirming it is ready for dispatch.

Despatch and delivery times are estimates; most orders arrive sooner. We will notify customers if delays occur.

£3.99 British Forces Addresses (BFPO)

We ship to BFPO addresses at a flat rate of £3.99. Select United Kingdom as the delivery country and enter the full recipient details including postcode starting with "BF". For other details, check the UK Government Website.

Note: We cannot be held responsible for lost post sent to BFPO addresses.

FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £59.99

Orders (excluding certain restrictions) with a shopping cart value of £59.99 or more qualify for free Standard Delivery within the UK.

Excluded items will be clearly marked in product descriptions and at checkout.

Standard Delivery - £3.99 or FREE for orders over £59.99*

Standard Delivery to UK addresses is sent via Royal Mail '48' service or tracked courier. Expect delivery within 2-5 working days from despatch.

We aim to despatch Standard Delivery orders within 1 working day, but busy periods may cause delays up to 3 working days. You'll get an email confirming dispatch.

Standard Delivery does not require a signature. Parcels may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you’re not home. Otherwise, a card will be left for redelivery.

Premium Delivery - £4.99 or £1.99 for orders over £59.99*

Premium Delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked '24' or courier service. Delivery is expected in 1-3 working days.

We aim to despatch Premium Delivery orders same or next working day. Dispatch confirmation email will be sent.

Courier Delivery - £6.99 or £4.99 for orders over £59.99*

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 2pm or on non-working days are dispatched next working day for delivery the following working day.

Please note: Orders cannot be dispatched or delivered on UK bank holidays.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery (£14.99)

Weekend delivery may be available at checkout using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders using SATURDAY Delivery placed before 2pm Friday will be dispatched Friday for Saturday delivery by 1pm.

Orders using SUNDAY Delivery placed before 2pm Friday will be dispatched Saturday for Sunday delivery.

General Courier Information

Our preferred partners are Royal Mail and FedEx.

Courier deliveries are typically between 8am and 6pm and may require a signature. During peak times, deliveries may be made up to 8pm.

If you're not home, the courier will leave a card to rearrange delivery. You can also request parcels be left with a neighbour or safe location by writing details in the 'Notes to Customer Service' when ordering.

Providing an email and/or phone allows couriers to notify you about delivery progress and changes. Contact us if you do not want this information shared.

Postcodes Excluded from Next Day Courier Delivery (Two Day Courier Delivery Available)

Due to courier restrictions, next working day delivery is unavailable to the postcodes listed below. For these areas (except Channel Islands), we offer Two Day Delivery for £24.99.

Tracking numbers for courier deliveries are provided when your order ships. You can track your parcel on the courier's website.

• Please ensure delivery address details are correct and complete before submitting your order.
• If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately with your order number.
• Deliveries cannot be made on bank holidays.
• Customers will be contacted if orders cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or other reasons.
